WEBSITE & MONTHLY NEWSLETTER INCLUSION CHECK LIST

FOR GUEST RENTERS

SPECIAL NOTE: Proposals for production should be submitted for approval at least 10 weeks in advance.    

Once your contract has been completed you may provide your show information to our webmaster  hamptonwebsite@optonline.net for inclusion on our website, www.vail-leavitt.org and in our Email Newsletter 

 

If you would like to include your show on the Vail-Leavitt website and in the monthly email newsletter please use the following check list and email the webmaster the information for your show. CHECK LIST

When sending your show info, please use the following formats:

  • word docs

  • pdf

  • or you can simply list your show info in the body of an email.

  • jpegs as file attachments

  • You may send a flyer in pdf, jpeg or word doc.

Please use the following check list as a guide line when sending show info:

  • Date of event

  • Presented by: (example: Your Company Presents:)

  • Title of event

  • details of event (a paragraph or two listing the details of the event)

  • doors open (usually 1/2 hour before show time)

  • show time

  • ticket price ($__at the door, $__in advance)

  • links to your website(s)

About Tickets:

During show time the box office is open and tickets are available at the time the doors open at the price you set. You may print tickets or use the general admission tickets available at the Vail's box office. Cash and credit cards are accepted. The total capacity of the upstairs Opera House is approximately 240 seats.

If you'd like to sell advance tickets we suggest you use an online service such as www.ticketleap.com To sign up for tickets using this service there is a simple form to fill out. You will need to go to their website the day of your show & print out a pdf of all the tickets sold for reference. Payment is mailed to you after the show. They charge a fee so please be sure and read all the details on their website. If you choose to do this please email the webmaster your ticket info so that advance tickets can be sold through the Vail-Leavitt website for your show. The Vail-Leavitt Music Hall is not affiliated with ticketleap.com. Other advance ticket options are paypal, or any other ticket selling application you choose on the web.
